1. Service Provider
These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all contracts concluded between Variety Labs s.r.o., registered in Bratislava, Slovak Republic ("Provider") and the client ("Client").
2. Subject Matter
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of IT services, including custom software development, cybersecurity audits, cloud consulting, AI automation and related technology solutions as specified in the individual order or contract.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are determined by individual quotation or contract. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue, unless otherwise agreed. Late payments are subject to statutory default interest.
4. Intellectual Property
Deliverables (source code, documentation, reports) transfer to the Client upon full payment. The Provider reserves the right to reference the project in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Liability
The Provider is liable for proper fulfilment of contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits or damages caused by third parties is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding confidential information obtained during the cooperation. This obligation survives termination of the contractual relationship.
7. Governing Law
These GTC are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. All disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Bratislava.
