We process only data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, company name and the content of messages submitted via the contact form. We do not collect any other personal data.

Your data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and potentially entering into a contractual relationship. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is shared only with Resend, Inc. (USA) for the purpose of email delivery, on the basis of appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell or share data with any other third parties.
5. Retention
Personal data is retained for the period necessary to handle your enquiry, up to 2 years if no contract is concluded. In case of a contract, data is retained for the period required by law (max. 10 years).
